- Will I get what I see in the photo? Yes our customers will receive the exact bag as seen in our photos.
- Do you ship to UK, USA, Australia etc....? Yes we ship worldwide. Shipping is $30 flat rate per package and delivery is usually 5 business days with tracking number and signature confirmation.
- How soon will I get the products I ordered? All orders are shipped within 2-3 days and delivered within 5 business days of the shipping date. Each customer will be contacted with tracking information and instructions on how to track the package as soon as the order is shipped.
Due to high volume order requests and if a product is currently sold out shipping may take between 5-7 days. - What is the shipping and handling fee of the products I ordered? Shipping and Handling is a flat rate of $30 worldwide. We also give free shipping on every additional item you purchase from us (going out in the same package).
- May I pay extra for rush delivery? We ship all packages with UPS, EMS, Fedex and USPS express. Delivery is 3-5 business days and products cannot be delivered any faster.So you cannot pay any extra for rush delivery as we send our packages with the fastest worldwide methods available.
